How can I make a booking at BonHotel?
You can reach BonHotel via www.bonhotel.by or directly by telephone.

Can I also book on BonHotel.by without a credit card?
Yes, you can easily make non-guaranteed bookings without a credit card. Your room will however only be kept for you up to 18.00 on the day of travel.

How can I make group reservations?
For group reservations, please contact our hotel directly.

What kinds of reservation are possible at www.bonhotel.by?
There are 3 types of booking conditions in our hotel:
1. Standard booking condition.
The reservation is kept till 6 p.m. of the day of arrival. Can be cancelled or modified till that time without fee. This reservation is non guaranteed and can be cancelled by the hotel by prior notification.
2.Special booking conditions.
The reservation is kept till 6 p.m. of the day of arrival. Can be cancelled or modified till that time without fee. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
3. Strict booking conditions.
The reservation is kept during the whole period of reservation and confirmed in case of 100% prepayment on the reservation date. If cancelled or modified or in case of no show, 100% of the whole accommodation period will be charged.

Can parking spaces be reserved?
No parking spaces can be booked in advance at www.bonhotel.by. It can be booked by direct call to the hotel reservation office.

When do I pay my hotel bill?
At BonHotel, you pay the full amount of your stay when checking in.

What additional price will I have to pay for a second person in the room?
A second person will be charged €12.00 per room per night.

What are the reception working hours at BonHotel?
BonHotel offers 24-hour reception service.

From what time can I check in on the arrival date?
You can check in from 14.00 on the arrival date.

By what time should I leave the room on the day of departure?
You can check out up to 12.00 on the day of departure.

AMENITIES


How is a BonHotel room furnished?
All rooms at BonHotel have comfortable queen-size beds (except Twin rooms), climate control system, LCD TV with WiDi technology, mini-bar, safe with electronic plug, blackout curtains,  shower cabin or bath, etc.

Are the rooms at BonHotel air conditioned?
Yes, all BonHotel rooms have a climate control systems.

Are there hair dryers in the room?
Yes, all BonHotel bathrooms have hair dryers.

Are there telephones in the rooms?
Yes, all BonHotel rooms have telephones.

When do I pay my hotel bill?
At BonHotel, you pay the full amount of your stay when checking in.

When will I need a credit card to make a booking?
You will need a credit card in order to make a guaranteed booking with BonHotel (via BonHotel.by or by telephone) and during 2014 Ice Hockey World Championship and event times.

Yes, you can easily make non-guaranteed bookings without a credit card. Your room will however only be kept for you up to 16.00 on the day of travel.

You will need a credit card in order to make a guaranteed booking with BonHotel via www.bonhotel.by or by telephone.

With which credit cards can I pay at BonHotel in the hotel?
BonHotel accepts VISA, VISA Electron, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, CIRRUS MAESTRO.

What are the cancellation conditions at BonHotel?
Non-guaranteed reservations is valid till 16.00 of the arrival date. They do not need to be cancelled. Reservations guaranteed with a credit card may be cancelled up to 16.00 on the arrival date. For later cancellations, we will charge the first night  or full period of stay. (Details can be seen above in BOOKING section).
