To book a room at BonHotel, you need to make an advance payment, which guarantees that your reservation is successful and you will check in at the hotel on the specified date.
1. To make a reservation, select your check-in and check-out dates, choose the preferred room, specify the number of guests and any additional services needed. Provide your email address and contact phone number.
2. After filling out the booking form on the reservation page, indicate in the "Special Requests" section that you would like to pay via bePaid™. You can also send a request for the advance payment to our email address info@bonhotel.by.
We will process your request and send an invoice for your stay to the email address you provided during registration on the booking page.
3. The email will contain a link to the bePaid page where you can enter your bank card details and transfer the payment to our hotel account.
On our website, you do not enter any passwords or bank card numbers. All payment processing is done on the payment system’s website bePaid, which provides security guarantees.
After clicking the "Pay" button on the payment service page, you will receive a notification by email confirming that the transaction was successful, and we will receive confirmation of the payment transfer.
Until payment confirmation is received, your booking is not valid!
Attention! Please save the payment receipts (payment confirmations) after completing the payment by bank card for reconciliation with your card statement in case of any disputes.
4. Please note that the electronic payment system bePaid™ does not charge any commission for money transfers from card accounts. Any fees for currency conversion or transaction processing services are charged by the issuing bank where your card account is opened. Payments by bank cards issued by Belarusian banks are accepted only in Belarusian rubles. Payments by bank cards issued by non-Belarusian banks can be made in any currency according to the current conversion rate of the issuing bank.
Cancellation Policy:
The hotel does not accept cancellations made verbally.
A cancellation is considered accepted by the hotel only if the guest submits a written request and it is confirmed by a written notification from the hotel. Cancellation requests must be sent to the official hotel email address info@bonhotel.by.
In case of no-show, the advance payment is retained in full as compensation for the room being unavailable.
Booking and cancellation are governed by the rules and conditions set by the Deputy Director of the Unitary Enterprise "Strominvest-Estate," the manager of BonHotel.
Refund Policy.
Refunds (if allowed by the tariff conditions) are initiated by the hotel no later than 10 (ten) business days from the date the hotel receives the cancellation request. The actual crediting of funds to the guest’s bank card account takes 4-6 weeks depending on the rules and conditions of the interbank processing centers and banks involved.
Important! Refunds to bank cards are made only to the same bank card from which the payment was originally made (requirement of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus).

Paying by bank card online
After clicking the "Book" button, you will be redirected to a special secure payment page of the processing system bePaid.
The payment page will display the order number and payment amount. To pay, enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the "Pay" button.
If your card supports 3-D Secure technology, the system will prompt you to complete the standard one-minute cardholder verification procedure on your bank’s page (the bank that issued your card).
Please note that after completing the payment, a payment confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Please keep your payment records.
We accept payments by the following bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Belkart.
Payments by bank cards are processed through the electronic payment system bePaid. The bePaid payment page complies with all data security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored encrypted and is highly resistant to hacking. Access to authorization pages is secured by protocols ensuring safe data transmission over the Internet (SSL/TLS).
Refunds are made to the card from which the payment was originally made. The time for the funds to appear on the card ranges from 1 to 30 days after the refund is processed by the Seller.
Important! If you have any questions regarding card payments, please contact us by any convenient method. If you are unsure whether your bank card can be used for online payments, please contact your issuing bank for clarification.
Important! You must enter and confirm your bank card details on the bePay page within 20 minutes (this is the session time allowed for data entry). If this time expires without completion, your payment will be automatically canceled, and you will receive an email notification about the session timeout. In this case, you will need to follow the link in the email again and repeat the payment process.
Attention! After making a payment using a bank card, please keep the payment confirmations for reconciliation with your card statement (to confirm transactions in case of disputes).
The bePay system will redirect you to the page to complete the payment. Click the "Complete Payment" button. You also have the option to print the receipt (link "Print receipt…" at the top of the page).
Important! Reasons you might be denied authorization:
- Insufficient funds on your bank card;
Solution: Deposit funds to your card account.
- The bank that issued your card has blocked online payments.
Solution: Contact your issuing bank or use a different bank card.
- The session time for entering your card details has expired (20 minutes elapsed since opening the payment page).
Solution: Follow the link sent by the administrator in the email again.
- The data you entered on the payment page was not confirmed (data format error).
Solution: Follow the link from the email you received and carefully enter the card details on the WebPay payment page: card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and CVC/CVC2 code. Please refer to the instructions above for entering bank card data.
